Bob Burnett

A "Writer" and "Coach," in 1992 Bob transferred the skills developed in his previous capacities as a business manager and consultant within the health care industry (On Site Systems, Inc.) to the career development and outplacement arena. He became a Senior Consultant in the Colorado office of a national career marketing / management company and was promoted to the position of V.P., Consulting Operations in Denver.

He became President of the company's independent distributorship in the southeastern United States, establishing offices in Atlanta and Birmingham. He returned to the corporate offices in Denver as Senior Vice President, Executive Client Services. Bob has worked with executives out-placed from Fortune 100 companies, mid-sized firms and entrepreneurial organizations in both new and old economy industries.

In collaboration with an educator and an independent consultant, Bob developed Success, The Program©, a step-by-step method of preparation and execution of a career campaign, the precursor to The Career Catalyst©.

Paul Worthman

Formerly holding the position of Senior Vice President with the same national career marketing / management company as Mr. Burnett (in fact, Bob hired Paul into that firm), Paul has delivered consulting and coaching services to executives and managers at important transition points in their careers for more than five years.

To-date, he has worked with more than 200 clients. Additionally, he has presented hundreds of workshops covering several areas of the job search process.

"After five years in the industry, I've seen what works and what doesn't work for clients."

In total, Paul brings more than 15 years of business experience within the production, distribution, and services arenas. Over the years, he has been involved in numerous areas of management including sales, marketing, operations, customer service, purchasing, and personnel.

In a previous career, he won four awards for branch profitability with a 100+ year old national firm. He also spent nearly two years as a "headhunter" with a firm in Boulder, Colorado. Paul is the author of The Job Hunter's Click-By-Click Guide Through the Internet©.
